THE TRIP
The trip was ok. First day was tiring. On the KLIA ERL express this Joshua fella, I think he was about 40-ish... suddenly started to talk to me. Gave me his business card and all and told me about his construction companies. Funny how men always talk about their careers as they want to establish themselves. He was from Sabah I think. Comes to KL frequently for business trips and all. He had several people calling him and I wish they would keep calling him so that he wouldn't come over to bore me out. Look at yourself in the mirror lah, UNCLE, you can be my father already. And then he asked me what I was working as, I told him I was going to Penang for a varsity camp.
"Oh, how old are you?"
"Just grad only lah."
"Oh... I didn't know. You look very matured."
Uh. Thank you very much.
One sided conversation went on, I wasn't even bothered to say good bye when the train finally reached the airport.
* * *
My flight was supposed to be at 3.35 btw. Air Asia's stupid flight service. Urgh. At 3.30 the plane was no where in sight. The attendants did not bother to make an announcement
At 4pm, finally, after we puzzled passengers had started to walk in and out of the departure hall, a guy with horrendous enunciation crapped about some flight to Tawau being delayed to 6 pm. Me and a few other worried passengers rushed up to find out about the missing Penang plane.
"Penang plane oso delayed?"
The flight attendant was equally blur. How's that for budget service. Luckily my company was sponsoring all of this.
Stop here first..... continuation of story tomorrow. I shall tell you about the woman from NST who made my life horrible. What a joke. OK... tell you tomorrow. Till then....
